In 1974, in New York State, under the name of Hallel Institute, a not-for-profit corporation was legally incorporated. It operates as a private, independent company, dedicated to the production of audiovisual programs promoting human and Christian values.

Sometimes these programs are released under the trademark name of HallelVideos, or Hallel Communications, or Spiritwellsprings.
